Attendance and Cancellation

Attendance for our program is very important. We work progressive classes that build off of the previous to help our students improve with proper technique. When a student misses a class they must be able to pick up the material in a timely manner so they can move along with our work as a group. We want our students to excel with proper form and most importantly, we want to keep them safe.

Each student is allowed to make up three classes during any 19-week semester. If a student plans to miss a scheduled class they must inform the lead coach and schedule a make up no later than 48 hours before the class. The only exception to this rule is when injury or an emergency prevent a student from attending class.

Students who do not plan an absence by communicating to a Pendulum staff member will not receive a make up class. If a student misses more than two classes without notice, a meeting will be set up with the lead coach and director to discuss attendance policy.
